Do I need a new eSIM for every trip?
No. You install your RoamLuna eSIM once and keep it all year. When you travel, you add a Travel Boost to your existing eSIM. No new eSIM required.
What happens when I run out of data?
Your monthly data renews automatically each billing period. If you need more before then, add a Travel Boost and it works alongside your monthly data.
How do Travel Boosts work?
A Travel Boost adds extra data to your current eSIM for 30 days. Choose the size you need, confirm, and it activates instantly. No new setup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your eSIM stays installed, and monthly data stops after the current billing period.
Which countries are included?
Your plan includes 100+ destinations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and more. Use the eSIM & Coverage page to search for a specific country.
Does RoamLuna include calls and SMS?
RoamLuna is a data plan. It keeps you connected for maps, messaging apps, email, and browsing. Calls and SMS over data apps work as normal.
Can I use hotspot / tethering?
Yes. You can share your RoamLuna data with other devices using your phone's personal hotspot.
What happens if I change phone?
You can move your RoamLuna eSIM to a new compatible device. Re-send the installation email from the eSIM page and follow the guide on your new phone.
